Hey people! So today was an interesting day! Met Tim John at the busstop as usual. We started to talk abt the FA cup final! Had Track & Field training and i realised i amsuper unfit! I had a super bad stich and i felt like vommiting through out the training. But i stuck with it and came out alright. Feel like my muscles grew! Ok so training is on MONDAY,WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY! Tmr going to but running clothes. Shoes later on.
